formation propose d\u2019approfondir la pratique du Shiatsu \u00e0 travers la th\u00e9orie des cinq \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la M\u00e9decine Traditionnelle Chinoise : le Bois, le Feu, la Terre, le M\u00e9tal et l\u2019Eau. Elle permet aux participants de mieux comprendre la relation entre les m\u00e9ridiens, le Ki (\u00e9nergie vitale) et les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9quilibres qui influencent notre fa\u00e7on d\u2019\u00eatre, nos \u00e9motions, nos comportements et nos interactions avec notre environnement.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #1d1d1b;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">\u00c0 travers cette approche, les participants d\u00e9veloppent une lecture plus fine des ressentis et des sensations, afin d\u2019enrichir leur pratique du Shiatsu et leur capacit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9coute du corps. L\u2019\u00e9tude des cinq \u00e9l\u00e9ments offre des rep\u00e8res compl\u00e9mentaires pour comprendre les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et adapter le travail des m\u00e9ridiens selon les besoins de chaque personne.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #1d1d1b;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Cette formation comprend une r\u00e9vision des acquis du Niveau 1 ainsi qu\u2019un approfondissement des techniques de Shiatsu, notamment le travail en position lat\u00e9rale.
